Total Hardness Test from BRITA, used to measure the hardness of your drinking water.

Can also be used in connection with water softening systems, so you can calculate the capacity based on the result obtained.

Instructions:

Fill the test tube with 5 ml of water, then add the hardness test drop by drop until the water changes color from red to green. At the first drop, the water turns red, then you count the number of drops until the water changes color to green.

Water hardness (dH):

0-4 drops = Very soft

4-8 drops = Soft

8-12 drops = Medium hard

12-18 drops = Fairly hard

18-24 drops = Hard

Resin cleaner is a liquid that cleans the resin in your Smartflow softener. With a regular cleaning using this product, you remove the dirt from the resin.
