  3. Vana Pleat 10" Jumbo - Water filter
    • Element Size: 10'' - Jumbo
    • Filter Media: Polypropylene
    • Efficiency: 90 %
    • Max. Temperature: 38 °C

Vana Pleat is a specially designed pleated water filter developed to remove rust, iron ochre, and microplastics from the water, making it an ideal choice for those looking to improve their water quality. The filter's pleat pattern provides a larger surface area, allowing it to capture more particles and contaminants, ensuring a high filtration capacity and longer lifespan.

This filter helps prevent the buildup of rust and iron ochre in pipes, which can cause damage to installations and appliances. At the same time, it ensures that microplastics are effectively removed, a growing concern in many water sources.

Choose your filtration rate based on your application.

    • 0,5 µm: Fine filtration. Not recommended without 5 µm prefiltration. Use this filter to retain fine particles.
    • 5 µm: Standard filtration. Removes most common particles in the water and protects the rest of the line.
    • 20 µm: Coarse filtration. Use this filter if you have especially large particles in your water and you experience blocking with a 5 µm filter.

The filter should be replaced every 6 months to prevent bacteria growth in the filter.

  4. AQUAPHOR Gross 10" - Active Carbon Filter
    • Element Size: 10" - Gross (Jumbo)
    • Filtration Rate (micron): 5 µm
    • Filter Media: Activated Carbon
    • Max. Temperature: 40 °C

Gross activated carbon block cartridge treats water by removing the bad taste, odour and appearance associated with chemical and organic pollutants.
Contaminants such as chlorine, chloramine, herbicides, solvents, dyes are all treated along with the removal of organics through absorption.

The concentration and types of contaminants present combined with the speed of flow determines the capacity and service life of the cartridge. Carbon requires contact time with water to be effective, the slower the flow, the better the result because there is time for the carbon to adsorb the contaminants.

  5. Vana AC 9¾" - Active Carbon filter
    • Element Size: 9¾" - Standard
    • Filtration Rate (micron): 5 µm
    • Filter Media: Activated Carbon
    • Efficiency: 95 %
    • Max. Temperature: 50 °C
    • Element Length (mm): 254 mm
    • Element Inner Diameter (mm): 28 mm
    • Element Outer Diameter (mm): 70 mm

Vana AC is a high-efficiency activated carbon filter, designed to remove chlorine, chemicals, pesticides, as well as unpleasant odors and tastes from the water, ensuring improved water quality for household and industrial use. This filter utilizes activated carbon, known for its excellent ability to absorb and filter contaminants, making it an essential solution when water purity and taste are crucial.

Vana AC - Activated Carbon Filter works by binding organic compounds, chlorine, and other chemicals to the porous surface of the carbon, effectively removing impurities and leaving the water clear and fresh.

The concentration of impurities and the water flow rate directly impact the filter's lifespan. Activated carbon requires contact time with the water to be effective. The slower the flow, the better the filtration result, as the activated carbon will have more time to adsorb impurities.

The filter should be replaced every 6 months to prevent the formation of bacteria in the filter.
