Water Filter Elements For Any Application

At Filter-online we have filter elements for the vast majority of filtering tasks. Everything from coarse filters of 350 µm and down to 0.5 µm ocher filter.

On average, a filter element needs to be changed every 6 months, but the actual replacement rate depends on how many particles are in the water.

    Depthfilter made from meltblown polypropylene. 

    This is the standard type filter element with high dirt holding capacity and good efficiency. 

    Choose your filtration rate based on your application. 

    1 µm: Fine filtration. Not recommended without 5 µm prefiltration. Use this filter to retain fine particles. 

    5 µm: Standard filtration. Removes most common particles in the water and protects the rest of the line. 

    20 µm: Coarse filtration. Use this filter if you have especially large particles in your water and you experience blocking with a 5 µm filter.

    Vana's range of activated carbon block cartridges treat water by removing the bad taste, odour and appearance associated with chemical and organic pollutants.
    Contaminants such as chlorine, chloramine, herbicides, solvents, dyes are all treated along with the removal of organics through absorption. 

    The concentration and types of contaminants present combined with the speed of flow determines the capacity and service life of the cartridge. Carbon requires contact time with water to be effective, the slower the flow, the better the result because there is time for the carbon to adsorb the contaminants.
