Payment

Filter-online receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in their respective currency by chosen language, or chosen currency and without VAT, except if Danish is chosen which is in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items. Business customers can contact Filter-online about purchases via invoice and possibly credit to info@filter-online.com.

No fees are charged for credit cards.

The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched. 

If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website. 

 

 

Freight

 

* Free shipping only applies to Packages under 20kg - According to new rules, all shipments over 20kg must be sent on the pallet.
Filter-online strives to send orders made before 14.00 on the same day, orders placed after 14.00 will be sent the next following weekday.
We ship to anywhere in the world. Shipping prices vary from country to country. Scandinavian customers and customers within the EU get free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Goods will be delivered as stated at the time of ordering.
If you cannot find your desired delivery country when ordering, please contact our customer service at info@filter-online.com.

We deliver every day of the week. Your item will be delivered 1-5 business days after the order.
If one or more goods on your order are not in stock, you will be informed of the longer delivery time and offered a possible partial delivery.

We primarily ship with GLS, DSV and Blue water. Prices may vary depending on the size and weight of the shipment and the country to which it is to be sent. Most shipments can be sent for around 25 euros, but prices will increase according to size, weight and destination.

Cancellation rights 

As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase. In b2b we do not offer a right to cancellation.

This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.

If the purchase consists of several consignments or parts, the right to cancel will lapse 14 days after the day you receive the last consignment or the last part.

The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to info@filter-online.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.

 

Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

 

Returning the goods

When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.

You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.

Some goods cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to e.g. very large orders. 

The cost of returning these goods is expected to amount to maximum 135 Euro

 

Except right of withdrawal

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have a distinct personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
- Goods which, because of their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal is broken.
- Non-financial services provided whose provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully executed.
- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

 

The state of the article when you return it

If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.

We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

 

Refund of the purchase sum

If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Right to make complaints

When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. In b2b we offer 12 months of right to make complaints. Please contact us before you return the article.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

Personal data policy 

We need the following information when you trade with us:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you. 

Personal data is registered with Filter-online ApS and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted. 

In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.

We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection. 

On filter-online.com the person responsible for data is Filter-online ApS. 

You are entitled to be told what details about you we process.
If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in a way that is against the law. You can also write to us at:  info@filter-online.com. 


Where you can complain

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact  info@filter-online.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg. You can make your complaint here

To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK. A fee will be charged.

When you buy from an e-mærket webshop, you can have your case tried free of charge – regardless of the amount of the goods or services complained about. Read more here

The website uses "cookies", which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile etc. similarly for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics, and targeting ads. Cookies cannot contain malicious code such as virus. It is possible to delete or block cookies.

If you delete or block cookies, content may become less relevant to you and appear more frequently. You may also risk that the website does not work optimally and that there is content that you can not access.
