Offer Policy – filter-online.com (Private Customers)

This offer policy describes the rules and terms that apply to offers, discounts, and campaigns on filter-online.com, which is operated for the purpose of selling to private consumers.

1. Validity of offers

  • All offers are valid for a maximum of 10 days unless otherwise stated in the webshop’s banner (slider), newsletters, and/or marketing materials – in such cases, offers usually apply for 30 days or as specified in the aforementioned media.

  • filter-online.com reserves the right to change or cancel offers without prior notice, unless otherwise required by Danish consumer legislation.

2. Stock availability and sold-out items

  • Offers are only valid while stocks last.

  • If items are sold out, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative products, a refund, or later delivery, if possible.

3. Use of discount codes

  • Discount codes must be entered in the shopping cart before completing payment.

  • Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with already discounted items unless clearly indicated.

4. Offer limitations

  • Offers apply only to private consumers and may not be used for resale.

  • There may be limits on quantities per customer to ensure fair access to campaigns.

5. Prices and errors

  • All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT.

  • We reserve the right for printing errors, pricing mistakes, and sold-out items.

  • In the event of obvious pricing errors, filter-online.com reserves the right to cancel the order in accordance with applicable purchase law.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

  • Private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Contracts Act, including when purchasing discount items.

  • Discounted items can be returned under the same conditions as other products, unless the item is clearly marked as sale without return rights.
